cancellation policy

 We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary or conflicts arise. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice.

 Last minute cancellations and no shows cost our stylists money. 

Failure to show up for your reserved time will result in 50% charge of service.

As we continue to use high quality eco-friendly products and due to the rising cost of color, materials and products, these charges are necessary to keep our doors open.

 Clients who cancel or do not show up for an appointment may be asked to prepay future services as well. In addition, due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules, we reserve the right to reschedule specific appointments due to their length if you are more than 10 minute late.
